Targeted Nanoparticles

With recent innovations in nanotechnology, GenNano has created nanoparticles with the ability to target either dendritic, antigen material cells, or T cells, the cells that instruct our immune response. With the versatility of these new particles, and the targeting ability of our nanoparticles, we intend to use thse innovations to help with the fight against auto immune diseases.

Experimental Success:

GNT-101 Effectiveness:

Mice induced to develop a lupus-like disease were treated with a dose of GNT101 or control nanoparticles every three days for the first 3 weeks. These animals did not develop lupus autoantibodies and the characteristic kidney disease was prevented.
